We are seeking a reliable and flexible Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Class People. As a temporary support worker, you will be working with a variety of early years settings in Gloucestershire, providing high-quality support to children and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide childcare support to children in early years settings
  • Assist with daily routines, activities, and educational programs
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children in an early years setting
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain
  • Reliable transportation or willingness to use public transport
