Job Summary

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for administering a limited portfolio of fund structures in conjunction with the Senior Client Relationship Manager/Associate Director – Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a limited number of fund structures within a team.
  • Coordinate legal, tax, and other professional advice to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships.
  • Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings to ensure accurate records.
  • Prepare, review, distribute, and file periodic financial statements on a timely basis, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Act as a 'B' level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring adherence to company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with billing information for clients, including analysis of time spent and management of aged debtors.
  • Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff, participating in the appraisal process for team members.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent).
  • Proven relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical financial services knowledge, supported through the Aztec Academy.
  • Some people management experience.
  • Evidence of managing a small client relationship or part of a major client relationship.
  • Act as a 'B' level Authorized Signatory.
