Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical care to children and young people with complex cardiac conditions

  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
  • Registered as a non-medical prescriber
  • Demonstrated skills in critical care provision, with experience in paediatric or adult critical care
  • Provided evidence of case management of a group of patients within critical care
  • Evidence of an e-portfolio illustrating your learning continuum
  • A professional 5-year development plan
