Core Responsibilities:

  • Engage with diverse teams to formulate and execute efficient demand planning methodologies.
  • Evaluate sales patterns, market intelligence, and consumer insights to accurately predict demand.
  • Oversee inventory levels and guarantee optimal stock availability to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure prompt product distribution.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
  • Compile and deliver comprehensive reports on demand planning metrics and performance indicators.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a planning, coordination, or specialist role, preferably within the food retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret intricate data and trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with demand planning software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
