Position Overview
Primary Care Careers is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a skilled advanced practice nurse to become a vital member of our healthcare team. This role offers flexibility with options for full-time or part-time engagement, accommodating 2-8 sessions weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive health evaluations, administering treatments and medications, and executing diagnostic assessments.
- Delivering and assessing a variety of health interventions to ensure the holistic health and social care needs of patients are effectively addressed.
- Reviewing and optimizing medication for therapeutic effectiveness, adhering to evidence-based practices and established protocols; collaborating with patients to enhance their compliance with prescribed therapies.
- Prioritizing health concerns and intervening appropriately to assist patients in complex, urgent, or emergency scenarios, including the initiation of effective emergency interventions.
- Supporting and managing the health requirements of women seeking sexual health services, contraception, and cervical screening consultations.
- Implementing and participating in vaccination and immunization initiatives for both adults and children, including those preparing for international travel.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- A relevant nursing degree.
- Current registration with the nursing regulatory body and an active professional license.
