We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at Homes Plus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering effective and quality services to our stakeholders, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver daily assessments of new customers, explaining tenancy conditions, rent payment arrangements, and scheme policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate recording of information and safeguarding of customers on a daily basis.
- Handle calls from stakeholders, both internal and external, and maintain up-to-date administration.
- Act as a representative for the Service, building strong relationships with multi-disciplinary organizations.
- Escalate incidents that may arise, complying with data protection legislation.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT skills.
