  • Process accurate sales transactions at the cash desk, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, adhering to PUMA's guidelines and ensuring a compelling store environment.
  • Take ownership of incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring efficient processing and stock management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance merchandise presentation and communicate ideas to the Store Management team.
  • Support Sales Associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing shopping satisfaction.
  • Process inventory movements between store and distribution, maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring size and style representation.
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including display shoes, and maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
  • Ensure the sales floor is neat and organized, including stock and inventory functions, labeling, and price marking items, as well as merchandising apparel as needed.
  • Complete stock transfers and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Protect Company Assets by greeting customers, attaching and detaching security tags, reporting shrinkage and security violations, and monitoring floor merchandise.

  • Proven sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passion for the PUMA Brand.
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and friendly personality.
  • Strong team player with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
