**Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Disrepairs Supervisor to oversee reactive repairs within social housing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing material costs, ensuring adherence to proper processes, and guaranteeing excellent service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage material costs effectively and ensure adherence to proper processes and procedures by all team members.

* Oversee work scheduling, adhere to company protocols, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee excellent service delivery.

* Lead, mentor, and support your team's development while determining optimal staffing levels to meet service demands.

* Oversee the repairs teams to consistently meet performance targets.

* Maintain work quality through inspections, review of inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators, and evaluation of customer satisfaction surveys.

**Essential Requirements**

* SSSTS certification

* Experience as a supervisor within disrepairs

* Social housing experience

* Full UK drivers license
