Location: Frimley

We are seeking a qualified Bank Staff Member to join our team at Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work when you want, while enjoying the security and benefits of being an employee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum, engaging children in play and activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and safe environment
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and abilities

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
