Salary: £24,270 - £30,000pa (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Frimley Green
We are seeking a full-time, Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Frimley Green Day Nursery, situated in Frimley with close transport links to the town centre.
This nursery offers a long-standing management and staff team. The nursery features a gardening area and mud kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and implement engaging activities tailored to each key child, encouraging development towards key milestones
- Observe, track, and reflect on learning
- Develop and maintain strong parent/carer partnerships
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all times
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant, or similar)
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with both colleagues and parents
- Ability to use a variety of techniques to clearly and successfully communicate with both children and adults
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
