We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Manager to join our team at Manpower RPO - Babcock. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our complex projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and management of effective project controls measures, including scope, cost, time, risk, and quality.
- Develop and maintain Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) to enable strategic performance analysis and inform effective decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide expert advice on project controls best practices and methodologies to project teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
- Proven experience in project controls on complex/major projects or programmes.
- Strong knowledge of project controls approaches and practices, including planning/scheduling management, cost management, risk management, and performance management.
- Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
- Previous experience of dealing with subcontract management.
