Job Summary

We are looking for a charismatic and confident Head Bartender to lead our bar team and provide exceptional beverage service to our members. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the Bars Manager and other Head Bartenders to ensure seamless bar operations
  • Support the development of junior bartenders and barbacks in their roles
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar areas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Impeccable personal grooming and appearance
  • Proficient in English language
