Position Overview:

The successful candidate will become an integral part of a supportive team within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the after-sales manager, the Parts Coordinator will oversee various tasks related to parts order management and customer service. Responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and parts orders from field engineers
  • Generating and distributing quotations for spare and replacement components
  • Providing general customer service support, including addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Performing basic administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the picking and packing of spare parts orders
  • Updating the SAP / SAGE ERP system

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication abilities. Previous experience in a parts advisory role is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided.

Applicants should demonstrate a professional telephone demeanor and confidence in engaging with customers and suppliers.

We seek individuals who are organized, motivated, and diligent, with proficient IT skills. Familiarity with SAP and/or SAGE systems is a plus.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary range of £29,000 - £32,000, negotiable based on experience.
33 days of annual leave
