About the Role:
Integrity Plus Ltd is seeking to enhance its workforce by bringing on board a Warehouse Operations Supervisor. This position is essential for overseeing the efficiency and safety of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisors and your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and leading a team of employees, including both permanent and temporary staff, within the warehouse setting to ensure all tasks are executed safely and systematically.
  • Ensuring compliance with both company and client policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized working environment in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proactive and adaptable work ethic, demonstrating a hands-on approach when necessary in a dynamic workplace.
  • A solid understanding of warehouse operations and management.
  • Current and relevant MHE licenses, including POEP/Reach & Tier or Counter Balance.
  • Strong numerical skills and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • A keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Knowledge of HACCP and BRC global standards.
  • Previous experience in the Fresh Produce sector.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working within a quality assurance team in the fresh produce industry.
