Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general warehouse operations, including the movement and organization of inventory.
  • Accurately pick orders and prepare them for dispatch.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.


Physical Requirements: This position requires a combination of operating the FLT and engaging in manual labor. Candidates should be prepared for lifting and moving items as part of their daily tasks.


Candidate Profile: We are looking for individuals who possess a positive mindset, are proactive, and eager to learn. Previous experience in a warehouse setting and proficiency in operating a counterbalance FLT is essential.


Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a typical workweek of 40-45 hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are not required.


Overtime: An enhanced overtime rate will be applicable for any shifts exceeding 8 hours.


Licensing: It is crucial that candidates have prior experience operating a counterbalance FLT in a busy warehouse environment. In-house licenses may be considered based on individual circumstances.
