Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our School Holiday Club Sites as a Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of the club site, including staff supervision and coordination
  • Develop and implement programs to promote a fun and engaging environment for children
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain the site's facilities and equipment
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with children in a teaching, coaching, or childcare role
  • Hold a level 3 childcare qualification, paediatric first aid, and extensive safeguarding training
