We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for running and managing projects independently, working alongside internal and external stakeholders, and managing/mentoring more junior members of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage projects independently, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage and mentor more junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Work on all RIBA stages, from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Prepare tender applications and presentations, showcasing our company's expertise and capabilities.
- Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction, working collaboratively with stakeholders to find solutions.
- Liaise with clients and develop key relationships, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
- ARB registered and in good standing.
- Good knowledge of Revit and other relevant software.
- Ability to run own projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Good design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and effective solutions.
- Progressive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Living in or around the area, with a willingness to travel as required.
