As a key member of the Elevation Recruitment Group team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation campaigns and aiding with the profitability of the business through effective marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and plans to make an impact on lead generation and to increase visibility of the business across target markets.
- Support the brand and drive sales through online and offline marketing, delivering frequent and timely content creation, social media, video, and other digital channels.
- Manage and develop the CRM system, including administration duties, GDPR compliance, report generation, lead management, campaign creation and management, and updating structure and workflow.
- Manage and develop the company website, including updating pages with all current material, and ensure optimization for SEO.
- Experience of working in a B2B environment, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial setting.
- Experience of using a CRM system.
- Managing a website through CMS, with experience of using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Console, and Yoast.
- Experience of working within a marketing role for the purpose of lead generation.
- Experience of marketing to an international market.
