Job Description

**About the Role**

TH Consultants Recruitment Specialists Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Work Placement Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and placing students in work experience and industry placements throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers and clients to secure placement opportunities.
  • Work closely with students from across the college to support their placement journey and identify their career aspirations.
  • Coordinate and place students in their work experience and industry placements, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Build and maintain a network of local employers and clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the college's academic teams to ensure that students are placed in relevant and meaningful work experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong understanding of sales techniques likely to be successful with employers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and students.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
