About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Strategy Director to lead our commercial tender team at Sja's West. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion through the successful completion of high-quality tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial tender team to achieve revenue targets and business growth through the completion of high-quality tenders within stipulated timeframes.
- Motivate and manage the overall performance of the team to meet KPIs and financial targets.
- Develop and maintain the bid library, tender pipeline, and supporting processes to ensure best practices and learnings are shared and applied.
- Analyze trends from tenders and recommend improvements or changes to optimize the number of bids for which we can tender.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in leading, managing, and motivating a successful bid team through building a results-oriented culture and achieving financial targets. You will ideally have some project management experience and strong relationship-building skills as you will work closely with internal stakeholders.
