  • Regularly review expenditures and guide purchasing decisions across departments.
  • Identify and implement technologies to improve reporting and forecasting, enabling real-time insights.
  • Utilize predictive analytics to drive growth, uncover operational opportunities, and mitigate risks.
  • Foster a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture, encouraging adaptability and challenging conventional practices.
  • Instill a commercial mindset within the team, ensuring cost implications and revenue potentials are considered in all sales evaluations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to LFS management teams, promoting a proactive approach to maximize opportunities.
  • Develop and motivate key personnel by setting ambitious objectives and demonstrating effective leadership.

  • Experience in VP-level financial roles.
  • Proven track record of driving change and cost efficiencies through technology.
