Job Title: Deputy Chief Financial Officer - Portfolio Management

Our client, a Single Family Office, is seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Financial Officer to join their finance department in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio investments and finance management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Investment Portfolio operations from a finance perspective, ensuring compliance with regulatory and fiscal requirements.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, including reporting scope, standards, and staff training.
  • Manage accounting systems, including systems integration, automation, and optimization of processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other service providers.
  • Manage cash-flow, including short- and long-term forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, fiscal, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Control and manage strategic and financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Develop and implement robust cost and financial control mechanisms.
  • Participate in key meetings with top management and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in portfolio investments and finance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, including KYC, FATCA/CRS, and AML.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
