Safety Management Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Safety Manager to develop, implement, and continuously improve our Safety Management Plan (SMP). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the policy and procedures for the safety management of all Products, Systems, and Services (PSS) that have the potential to cause direct or indirect harm to individuals, property, or the environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the implementation of the Safety Management System throughout the organization
* Develop Safety Cases for the organization's PSS
* Support the ongoing development and review of the organization's safety performance
* Confirm changes to PSS have gone through due Safety process and governance
* Review safety policies and processes, including ensuring the required elements are understood by the required stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**

* Formal training or qualifications in Safety Management
* Previous Safety Management experience/exposure
* Previous experience developing Safety Cases
* Previous experience leading Safety Panels/Committee
