Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Mayfield View, a beautiful care home in a fantastic location. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records, adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as NMC guidelines and GDPR legislation.
- Leading and supervising a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
- Conducting staff appraisals and providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensuring the correct skill mix is maintained on each shift, ensuring the highest level of care is provided at all times.
- Administering and recording medication accurately, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assuming charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining high standards.
- Maintaining positive relationships with external multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
We are looking for a qualified nurse with experience in delivering person-centered care, who is empathetic, friendly, and approachable. You will possess excellent communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a drive to provide consistently excellent quality of care. As a natural leader, you will have a track record of motivating a team to achieve outstanding results.
