Job Title: Family Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Support Manager to join our team at Remedy Social Care. As a Family Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of social workers in delivering high-quality family support services to families with children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of social workers in delivering family support services, including case management, assessment, and intervention.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage families and promote positive outcomes.
  • Manage and allocate cases, ensuring timely and effective support to families.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to provide integrated services and support.
  • Conduct regular supervision and training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Experience of managing and leading a team of social workers.
  • Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
