About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in Cumbria. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will work closely with our clients to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health care and support to clients in their homes and community settings
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
  • Experience working in mental health care, preferably in a community setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
