About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnership Executive to join our dynamic team at E Personnel Recruitment. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, driving income growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Income Generation
- Contribute to the achievement of voluntary income budgets through proactive partnership development and engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies and products to grow income from corporate partners.
- Take the lead in meeting corporate fundraising budgets and leveraging opportunities to grow income from corporate partners.
Account Management & Stewardship
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners, supporting them to exceed their fundraising targets.
- Ensure partners are supported to achieve their goals through strategic engagement, brand promotion, and increasing customer loyalty and/or footfall.
- Use creative appeals, campaigns, products, and events to offer compelling propositions to engage current partners.
- Keep partners regularly updated on important news and initiatives.
New Business Development
- Structure and manage our pipeline of existing and prospective partners, focusing on both growth and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive income growth and expand our corporate partnerships.
