Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer with a passion for audio and music to join our team. As a key member of our R&D Department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our software applications, including embedded systems, desktop applications, and DevOps tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Embedded Systems: Design and develop software for our active systems, including adding features to our dsp framework, using C++ and object-oriented design principles.
- Desktop Applications: Develop and maintain our loudspeaker design applications, using Java, MATLAB, and object-oriented design principles.
- DevOps: Set up, maintain, and apply tools and scripts required for the continuous integration and deployment of our projects, using Python, Jenkins, Redmine, SVN, and other DevOps tools.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on embedded systems, desktop applications, or DevOps.
- Skills: Proficiency in C++, Java, MATLAB, Python, and object-oriented design principles. Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Redmine, and SVN.
- Education: BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Acoustics, Physics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal Projects: Experience with personal projects that demonstrate your skills and passion for software development.
- Audio Experience: Experience with audio devices and systems, or a personal interest in music and audio production.
- Mathematics and Physics: Understanding of mathematics and physics at BSc or MSc level.
- Electronics Skills: Experience with electronics, including reading schematics and designing PCBs.
