About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with company secretarial tasks, such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Requirements
  • At least 12 months of experience in an administrative role within a Co Sec, legal or compliance sector.
  • Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • A genuine interest in, and enthusiasm for, company secretarial law and practice.
  • Professional outlook, strong work ethics, and a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and support.
