Job Summary: Wright Staff is seeking an experienced Freight Delivery Specialist to join our team in Worcestershire. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for making multidrop deliveries and ensuring they are signed off correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to various locations across the country, making approximately 12-15 drops per shift.
  • Conduct vehicle checks and report any defects to ensure a safe and efficient delivery process.
  • Complete paperwork as per company guidelines after each delivery.
  • Work in a professional manner, adhering to company guidelines and policies.
  • Strap and secure loads with confidence, ensuring safe transportation.
  • Be physically fit, as handballing may be required on some drops.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be confident in using tablets for delivery notes and have a strong understanding of logistics software.
  • Own transport and a full UK driving license (no DR10 endorsements) are required.
  • Previous multidrop experience is essential for this role.

What We Offer:

  • A temp-perm role, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
  • A competitive hourly rate.
