About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and improve store performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, stock management, and customer service standards

  • Management experience within a fast-paced retail environment
