Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management Tools: Demonstrate proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Office Software Skills: Exhibit strong capabilities in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in the management of project budgets and financial tracking, ensuring accurate development and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, providing support to project team members.
  • Time Management: Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines, while proactively addressing project needs and potential challenges.
  • Adaptability: Show flexibility in adapting to evolving project requirements and environments.
  • Support for Project Managers: Aid project managers in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes, while coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Risk Assessment: Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
  • Resource Allocation: Help in the efficient allocation and management of project resources.

Qualifications: A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Project Management or a related discipline is required. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with the project team and business stakeholders.
