About the Role

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to designated projects, working closely with project leaders to drive strong financial rigour and governance. This will involve leading the budgeting and forecasting process, conducting monthly financial reviews, and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency in processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with project leaders to drive financial discipline and reliability
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring all aspects of month-end commitments are met
  • Represent finance in multiple leadership teams and steering committees
  • Work collaboratively with other finance and functional teams to drive value and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and eliminate non-value add tasks

Requirements

  • Qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent with post-qualification experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with previous working knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to inspire trust and financial discipline
  • Previous experience of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
