Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Night Support Worker to join our team in Newmarket, Suffolk. As a key member of our support team, you will provide essential nighttime support to a wonderful woman, helping her maintain her independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care needs, medication administration, and other tasks throughout the night.
  • Ensure safety and comfort by conducting regular checks and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of observations, incidents, and interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with daytime support staff, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure continuity of support.
  • Provide comfort, reassurance, and companionship to create a supportive nighttime atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Compassionate and supportive nature.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
