Position: Onsite
IO Associates is in search of a Facilities Management Customer Interface professional for a prominent aerospace facility. This organization is a leader in the aerospace sector, focusing on both commercial and military aircraft, as well as defense and space operations. This role presents an opportunity to engage in groundbreaking projects within a vibrant team dedicated to advancing aviation and space technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the facilities site manager and building maintenance teams to establish and execute an efficient site/building process verification routine, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Manage the documentation of actions, ensuring timely follow-up and communication of updates regarding facilities management topics to relevant departments.
- Act as the primary facilities management contact at local business-level working groups as required.
- Assist the facilities site manager in addressing reactive or unforeseen daily challenges that may arise within the facility.
- Support the facilities site manager and Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on EHS matters that necessitate action or enhancement, coordinating efforts as needed.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities management or construction is essential, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Excellent communication skills, along with strong customer relations and stakeholder management capabilities, are crucial.
- The ideal candidate should possess a dynamic approach with robust problem-solving abilities.
