Career that works for youWe're looking for a seasoned professional to join our Financial Difficulties team within Credit Risk. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Collections strategy, utilizing data-driven insights to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with our credit risk professionals and external partners to deliver exceptional results and ensure good customer outcomes are achieved.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Financial Difficulties collections strategy to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
- Own and enhance regular Business as Usual (BAU) Management Information (MI) reporting for Financial Difficulties portfolio performance.
- Lead a team of analysts to ensure optimal performance and help them reach their full potential.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure key controls are developed and monitored to mitigate value stream risks.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present key information and insights to senior management and other business stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with data analytics and a strong understanding of software packages such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages.
- Experience in Collections and Recoveries, with a strong understanding of credit risk systems.
- Able to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
