We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Career Development and Employment Support Specialist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive mentoring and employability service to support young people aged 16 to 24 who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a systemically informed mentoring and employability service to support young people in achieving their career goals.
- Work closely with local youth and community organisations to identify and engage with young residents who are furthest from the labour market and experiencing multiple forms of disadvantage.
- Design and deliver bespoke support plans that empower young people to develop their confidence and skills, ensuring each individual is consulted and consulted as the co-designer of their support plan.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery, meeting the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
