* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project success.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
* A degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.
