About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all branch processes, ensuring seamless delivery of pharmacy services
- Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service
- Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and support the health and well-being of our communities
Requirements
- NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle medications accurately
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills
