About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career and expanding your skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Participating in all branch processes
- Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.

Working Hours and Pattern
Total Working Hours: 16 Hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday 13:00 to 17:00, Tuesday 09:00 to 13:00, Wednesday 13:00 to 17:00, Friday 14:00 to 17:00, 1 in 4 Saturdays
