Finance Operations is a unified team, and your role may involve working in various areas, providing you with a remarkable opportunity to expand your expertise and skills within finance operations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee account details within our financial system (E5) to identify discrepancies and take necessary actions.
- Address customer inquiries (both internal and external) through various communication channels.
- Process Credit Card Payments, BACs payments, and cheques related to all Companies House areas, including preparing refunds when necessary.
- Perform any additional tasks related to the maintenance and updating of the Finance System.
- Engage in weekly team meetings to discuss and resolve ongoing issues while fostering excellent working relationships.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an individual who possesses:
- Strong numerical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of interpreting financial data within finance systems.
- Experience with financial systems, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Office 365 (or equivalent), though training will be provided.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively to achieve team goals and build strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Prior experience with financial systems and Office 365 (including Excel) is highly advantageous.
Experience
Prior experience in finance and proficiency in Office 365 (including Excel) will be assessed during the selection process.
