Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are recruiting for an experienced Housekeeper to supervise the day-to-day running of the Domestic Staff at Sanders Senior Living, working within the team to ensure a high degree of cleanliness in all areas of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize daily work requirements to ensure a clean and homely environment for residents.
- Set and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the care home.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the Domestic Staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices.
- Ensure the care and maintenance of linen and service users' personal laundry.
- Assist with any other housekeeping duties as required.
- Ensure the kitchen area is cleaned and maintained, including food preparation areas.
Requirements:
- NVQ Health and Safety qualification.
- COSHH certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a care home environment is preferred.
