Domestic Assistant

We are seeking a part-time Domestic Assistant to join our team and contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our care homes. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents' living spaces are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Main Responsibilities- Clean and maintain all areas of the care home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Empty bins, clean floors, and perform other domestic duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure that the care home is clean and tidy at all times.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant staff member.
- Participate in staff and resident meetings as required.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and courses to develop your skills and knowledge.
- Understand and implement the care home's health and safety policy and emergency procedures.
- A genuine interest in cleaning and maintaining a neat and tidy environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
