Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Parts Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Parts department, you'll play a vital role in providing a profitable and efficient supply of parts and accessories to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: You'll be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Attention to Detail: You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of parts orders, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Parts Knowledge: You'll develop a deep understanding of our parts and accessories, enabling you to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
  • Teamwork: You'll work closely with our colleagues to achieve our business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role, with a mix of on-site and remote working. During your probationary period, you'll work from our office full-time, before transitioning to a hybrid arrangement.
