Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at EG Group. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff and driving business growth through excellent customer service, sales, and profit management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant's performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Coach, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the restaurant meets our high standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks to maintain a functional and efficient restaurant operation.
  • Run the shop floor to a high standard, ensuring excellent customer service and a memorable experience for our customers.
  • Manage the recruitment process to bring in top talent who embody our core values of smart, heart, and courage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth through sales, customer satisfaction, and profit management.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
