About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at In-Manager Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the restaurant's performance, developing and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Performance: Assist in managing and elevating the restaurant's performance by analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Development: Coach, train, and inspire your team to greatness by providing regular feedback, setting clear goals, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Achieving Excellence: Help hit key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain our high standards by monitoring progress, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Smooth Operations: Assist with weekly administrative tasks to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has a memorable experience that keeps them coming back by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Talent Recruitment: Help find and foster the best talent who embody our core values: smart, heart, and courage by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hire.

Requirements:

  • Great Leadership Skills: Experience assisting in leading and inspiring a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • People Management: Proven ability to cultivate a positive and productive work environment by coaching, training, and developing team members.
  • Efficiency: Experienced in optimizing operations to deliver smooth and efficient service by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Decision Making: Demonstrated expertise in making strategic decisions and achieving success by analyzing data, weighing options, and selecting the best course of action.
