We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead RGN to join our team at Avon Search & Selection. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the care team to deliver safe and effective patient care
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a strong clinical background
- Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
