About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Analyst or Associate to join our team at Hedge Impact headhunting. As an Investment Analyst or Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing investments, as well as contributing to special projects such as market research and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis and management of investments, including financial modeling and due diligence
  • Contribution to special projects, including market research and strategy development
  • Collaboration with the sourcing team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Development and implementation of investment processes and procedures
Requirements
  • 2-9 years of relevant professional experience, including a foundation in Corporate Finance related work at a major Financial Institution
  • Real technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments
  • Particular experience with Private Debt transactions
  • Shared passion for making a long-term positive impact, and a keenness to learn to apply impact analysis to investments
