About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Design Specialist to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Personalised Content team, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs that start conversations between people and brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative design concepts from brief to delivery.
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers, and copywriters to deliver impactful designs that meet client briefs and communicate DEPT's standard of Design.
  • Support our studio team for the eBay account, producing a range of different assets.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends to ensure our work remains cutting-edge.
  • Take accountability for flawless design output and deliver work on time and within scheduled timeframes.
  • Develop rich visual content for owned channels, including onsite, app, and email.
  • Contribute to client business goals through design work.

Requirements

  • Digital design experience on industry-standard design frameworks like Figma.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, with a good eye for layout and skilled in typesetting and retouching.
  • A great teammate who supports colleagues and is not individualistic.
  • Very organised with attention to detail.
  • A desire to embrace new skills and challenges.
  • Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
