Position: Project Coordinator

We are in search of a motivated and skilled professional to become a part of our Water division. This position will entail assisting in Capital Programmes for a significant client within the Water sector. As a Project Coordinator, you will be integral to a large, multi-disciplinary team engaged in a prominent water infrastructure initiative. This project encompasses a variety of challenges and opportunities for career advancement, spanning civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. As a member of our Programme and Project Management team, you will play a vital role in executing some of the most impactful projects on a global scale. Your enthusiasm, adaptability, and meticulousness will be key in delivering transformative results for our clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a multi-disciplinary team to meet project goals and ensure exceptional delivery
  • Evaluate team performance and guarantee adherence to risk management and compliance standards
  • Examine complex data to offer insights and recommendations for project-related decision-making
  • Formulate processes and policies aligned with strategic business goals
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide support to project team members
  • Supervise interactions with clients and contractors to ensure alignment on project status and expectations
  • Foster a culture of health, safety, and environmental stewardship
  • Advocate for digital and sustainable solutions in project execution
  • Collaborate with the pursuits team to identify new project prospects

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated project management experience, ideally within the water sector
  • Experience in leading teams and successfully delivering project portfolios
  • Relevant professional qualifications or chartered status
  • Expertise in the applicable discipline
  • Strong commercial insight and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience in implementing business transformation solutions
  • Ability to cultivate and manage relationships at a senior level
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of promoting a robust safety culture in construction projects
